If your Busan plans already feature plenty of sea, turn inland for a day. Geumjeongsanseong offers a reason to pair a fortress walk with a meal in the village.
Start with Oncheonjang Station
For public transport, look up the bus toward Sanseong Village from Oncheonjang Station. Check the current route, frequency and return service before you leave so the journey does not become a rush.
Choose how far to walk
You do not have to follow the entire fortress wall. Pick a section to suit the weather, footwear and time you have. A half-day is a planning idea, not a guaranteed duration from every part of Busan.
Meet the local bottle over a meal
Geumjeongsanseong makgeolli is 8% ABV, described with a thick texture and clear acidity. Consider it with scallion pancake or acorn jelly. Check the restaurant’s menu to see which bottle it actually serves.
Book ahead for a brewing experience
The official experience information asks for booking two weeks ahead. Check available dates before building the day around a visit. A walk and lunch can still make a satisfying outing without a workshop.
