MAKGEOLLI

Cheongpungmyeongwol Chamgadeok Makgeolli, names and specifications kept separate

A Chamgadeok guide that does not collapse its registered name, tourism name, current business facts, and 1919 Gadeok lineage into one founding story.

How does it taste?

The National Tax Service records rice softness and an easy swallow. City material calls the Gadeok line sweet and soft. But Chamgadeok’s acidity, carbonation, body, viscosity, and aroma are unknown, so this article does not fill those blanks with generic makgeolli language.

Three names

The tourism name Cheongpungmyeongwol Chamgadeok Makgeolli, the registered display Chamgadeok Saengssal Makgeolli, and the short narrative name Chamgadeok Makgeolli share a context without erasing one another. The National Tax Service records the current business at 6% and 750mL.

1919 and 2018-03-01

1919 is the year of the first Gadeok Makgeolli launch and regional lineage. March 1, 2018 is the opening date of the current Cheongju Chamgadeok business. Those records do not prove uninterrupted company identity, ownership, recipe, or label.
